Symbaloo reflection
This
is my third assignment, when I started reading about Symbaloo I thought it was very
interesting. I always wanted to use a
program like Symbaloo. I didn’t know that it already existed. Right away I
started using it to organize websites that I use with my students. I’m an ESL math tutor, and working with
computers always took me extra time to prepare the assigments, because I had to search for the websites that I wanted to use with the students. The
first step was to register, and after that, I was ready to build my first
Webmix. I started looking at a Webmix that had already been created. I found
really good material and added some of it to my Math Webmix. I started using my
Webmix at school and I felt very happy about the time I saved with it. My first
Webmix was simple; it was like practice that helped me begin my third
assignment for my class Principles of Instructional Technology. My assignment
had some requirements that I did not know anything about, looking at all of the
information given to me by my teacher helped me understand, and it made my assignment
easier. I started storing all the information required for this
assignment. Practicing helped me understand
the process of all the things we can do in Symbaloo. I finished my assignment
feeling satisfied and happy. I keep using my Math Webmix at work and I
definitively will use this resource to teach in the future.
